My name is Yao Song. I’m originally from China, a beautiful seaside city called Dalian. My mother tongue is Chinese(Mandarin) and I speak fluent English and very basic Polish.
After my university I went to London to study English and to see different world. I lived and worked in London for over 6 years. During that period, I met my husband Paweł who is a Polish. At the end of 2008, we decided to move back to his home town Rzeszów. I was working as a international cooperation specialist in Bury technology in Mielec. But as a mother of 2 little children, I couldn’t continue travelling 120km everyday between Rzeszów and Mielec, because I have absolutely no time for my children.
I have been teaching Chinese in Rzeszów since January 2013. Although my profession is Environment Design rather than a Professional language teacher. Before I started teaching Chinese language I did lots of research and bought lots of really useful materials from China for foreigners to learn Chinese. I’m quite enjoying being a teacher and high praise from my students give me great encouragement and motivation. I use different materials and teaching technique to teach children and adults. Also I chose different ways to teach my students according to their own interests , personalities and abilities.
