To put it bluntly.

I can help you with your English only if you are not a novice.

I will NOT teach you basic vocabulary nor grammar. I may straighten up some wrinkles in what you already know, but you need solid foundations of your own.

I can help you gain confidence, show you how to use simple words to express complex ideas or teach you medical vocabulary. I will NOT, however, focus on any kind of testing, homework or preparation for any kind of official exams.

In short, if you wish to use this language I am your guy, on the other hand, if you want someone to hammer knowledge into the unwilling head just to pass some necessary exam and never utter a word in English, please go elsewhere, for I have little patience for that sort of work.

As a side note, I believe that human interaction is vital to developing language skills, and thus, I disdain any kind of remote teaching.
