I welcome you to try Basic Calligraphy Workshop with me!
Calligraphy is not only the art of lettering, but it is a form of meditation practice as well.You will learn the basic forms on how to write calligraphy and use this skill to create your own greeting cards, letters, or just to practice and improve your own handwriting.
I can teach adults, teenagers, or younger children The lessons will depend on your level of knowledge and type of calligraphy you are interested in.
Class Options:
- Brush Calligraphy - In this type of calligraphy we will use a brush pen.This is more modern and fluid type of writing.
- Traditional Calligraphy - Here we will use the more traditional form of calligraphy using a pen holder, calligraphy nib, and ink.There will be guidelines on how to form the proper strokes part by part.
The class will last 1 hour and 30 minutes and will be a private one on one lesson in order for the student to learn more effectively.Worksheets and calligraphy paper will be provided.
