Hello!

My name’s John McCarthy, and I’m a native English speaker from Manchester in the UK. I’ve lived in Poland for the past 11 years working as an English teacher (CELTA qualified) and translator.

I offer effective, one-to-one English conversation classes for upper-intermediate to advanced English students (B2, C1, C2) with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

We can have classes over the phone or online, and if you live in my local area (Toruń), I’d be happy to consider face-to-face meetings.

Classes take place Mon-Fri, between 9am-2pm or 9pm-12am.

Conversations will touch on a broad range of subjects or can be tailored to your specific interests or goals.
