My name is Jack: I am a London-born, half-Canadian, South African raised, peripatetic travel-working English teacher! I have lived in all sorts of places, all over the world, including on the Antarctic continent. I love learning languages and have experiences in learning several languages including Afrikaans, isiXhosa, Spanish, Norwegian and Polish: so I know what it means to truly learn a language.



I am a constituent of the Natural Method of language learning, (championed by people such as Steve Kaufman) and believe it to be the fastest way to fluency. Learning should be easy, it is what our brains are designed for!



I do dynamic, personalised lessons. From grammar (when needed) to theme-specific conversation (your hobbies, passions or work), from debate to songs and poems. I will show you how to be an English-speaker and maybe even how to love the language.
