I moved to Gdansk from The Cotswolds in the UK in 2013 and have been teaching ever since. I had previously worked in both business and technology in England for over 20 years.In my lessons I focus on simple, powerful words. This is what English speakers use and quite often the overly elaborate but rather direct language taught by some polish and American teachers makes the students sound slightly aloof or rude.



My real strength is my experience of working at a senior level in business in the UK. It has given me a great love and understanding of people. I love people. My "lessons" are useful and relevant. I’m also a qualified network engineer and have a broad knowledge of technology (esp.Linux/Unix/ethical hacking) and the associated language.



My use of business language will quite possibly be very different from what you have been taught in the past. I will, unashamedly, make no apology for this as very much of what is taught here is irrelevant or laughably insincere.



I’m a massive geek. I love technology, I’m attracted to the shady world of ethical hacking and network penetration. Although I’m not so young anymore I’m interested in judo and cycling. I’m a huge music fan and enjoy anything from Mahler to Muse.
